Welcome to our Recreational Gymnastics Classes, where the joy of movement meets skill development! These classes are designed for athletes who want to learn gymnastics, build strength, increase flexibility, and have fun in a supportive environment, without the demands of competitive training. Our goal in recreational gymnastics is to foster a love for the sport, develop fundamental skills, and encourage personal growth at each athlete's own pace, focusing on participation and achievement rather than competition scores. We group athletes based on both skill level and age, as we believe this is essential for effective learning and a positive experience. All athletes under 10 will be placed in our regular recreational classes, beginner or intermediate to begin with. Once invited or at age 11, they will be able to join our Middle School Girls class. In each class, athletes are instructed through specific skill-based circuits on two different events each week, beginning with a foundational warm-up and concluding with a cool-down. Skill Levels: * Beginner: (60-minute class) * Middle School Girls: (60 minute class, Ages 11+) * Intermediate: (90-minute class) - Invite Only Cost: * Beginner: $105 per month * Intermediate: $145 per month * All classes have an Anniversary Fee of $25.
